My phone was ****** yesterday 24. 11.2021. Having household contents insurance with Auto n General. I called today 25.11.2021 to log a claim. Spoke to Isaiah who made me feel relaxed and at ease by the way he introduced himself to me. He went through all the steps of lodging a claim with me over the phone.
