Excellent service and phone etiquette

I would like to express my gratitude towards Claude Oppels for his remarkable service during my claim. I think we tend to underestimate the amount of emotional strain one goes through during this process and he certainly made things easier. For once in my life dealing with an insurance company, I did not have to follow up with him for any feedback. He was honest in his approach and when he did not have information to update me on- he would kindly email or call me informing me that he has no information for me yet but will get back to me. I saw that he is based in Cape Town, if he was in Johannesburg I would actually recruit him to work for my company. This is the type of service you pay for not even focusing on high premiums... he is the one reason I would recommend Auto and General to anyone. Thank you for the efficient speedy service!
