Excellent service and attitude

I greatly appreciate real service from a representative who is efficient and demonstrably cares.<br> <br> I've been very distressed this week, after pouring coffee into my laptop, in the middle of important work in my home office. The repair shop indicated that the laptop was unrepairable, and Tasleem's easy and professional interaction helped lower my stress level a lot. He took my claim, verified the details, and most importantly kept me continuously updated as to how the claim and replacement was progressing. I am so impressed when someone actually follows through, and does what he says he will do. When he said that he would call me back he did. Arrangements for replacement are in place and I am almost happy again.<br> <br> I believe that Tasleem is a trainee. If so, good training job A&G. Compliments to the company and to Tasleem.
