Requested a call back to make changes to my policy. Within the hour a consultant called me back. The consultant was thorough in going through my cover and making amendments that I requested. The consultant was pleasant, professional and enjoyed a good laugh. overall a very pleasant call. I rate the consultant a 20/10 for excellent service. Well done
