Excellent service

I phoned Auto&General regarding a claim I wanted to submit iro my laptop. I was assisted by Comera Human who clearly explained the process and requirements for the claim. After telephonically replying to questions regarding the incident, the claim was registered (no forms!) and I was requested to submit a quotation/damage report. A few hours after submitting the documents, I was informed by Comera that the claim was finalised and the claimed amount will be paid into my bank account. This was excellent service from a skilful person who assisted me in a professional and friendly manner. I can certainly commend Auto&General with the outstanding service I received.
