Excellent Service

I had a burglary in December 2015 while on holiday. On our return in January 2016 I have registered a claim with a consultant at Auto and General by the name of Stefanie Martins and as it goes with claims you expected to be a horrific experience. What a pleasant surprise I had when I started to deal with Stefanie. Not only did I received service in a very friendly manner, the claim and all my questions were dealt with in a very professional and efficient manner. She answered all my questions, complete the claim and gave me some more advise / information to expedite the claim. She followed up with me when she said she was going to and once she received all the information, the claim was settled in no time. If I have to deal with A&G again, I will ask for this lady again. She dealt with her customer in such a professional, efficient and friendly manner, it made the whole burglary experience better and I think she is really an asset to A&G to keep their name high in the insurance industry.
