Excellent service

On Sunday, 16 Aug, my mother-in-law was in a vehicle accident and passed away. I phoned Auto and General to report the accident and to log the claim. The policy nr is ***. I had no paperwork or any detail of the policy as we do not stay close by where she stayed. Her spouse Mr J Smith was also not in a position to deal with these issues due to the circumstances. I was assisted with a positive attitude and the claimed was logged in less than 10 minutes. I would like to say thanks to the consultant who assisted me with this claim. I have unfortunately not taken down the name of the consultant but I am sure it can be picked up on your system. Once again thank you
