Excellent Service
<p>After bad experience with Auto and General, a lady by name of Dorothy Smith called me and took my complaint under review. She took responsibility of my case. She was very diligent, friendly and turn my experience and trust back to this Insurer. She handed my case over to Nicolene Green, to handle the claim and review my policy to see that all the information is correct. This was the service I expected from SAARP Auto and General. This two ladies is the reason why I did not cancelled my policy. In future I will tell friends and family of this exceptional service I received from them and Auto and General. Thank you Dorothy and Nicolene. </p>
