Excellent, professional and friendly service

My query was solved in a matter of minutes in a very professional and pleasant way. No unnecessary jabbering on about how good they are and what they could offer - my question was attended to by a very friendly lady who asked if there was anything else she could help me with. No irritating sales pitch. Would definitely recommend as they have always come out tops over the many years I have used them.
