Excellent handling of my insurance claim

I contacted Auto and General to register a claim for accidental damage to a television set. I am part of the ATKV and was transferred to Natasha who was very understanding and sympathetic towards me as at that time I was distressed due to our damage/loss. She also assisted me in my preferred language. She assured me that she was going to handle my claim and that I only needed to submit the documentation and she will handle the rest. This claim was handled and concluded without me even worrying further about it.<br> <br> Natasha acted very professional and also was very compassionate towards myself and the dilemma that I was facing. To be honest, I felt relieved and no longer stressed after I put the phone down after speaking with her.<br> <br> I am very grateful for the way she handled my situation and took control of the situation. i am also grateful that Auto and General is my insurance company of choice.<br> <br>
