Excellent Customer Service @Auto & General

So pleased with the customer service at auto & general. I was contemplating changing insurance as the premiums went up quite alot and my car was registered under a wrong value. I requested a call back, unfortunately I did not get the name of the lovely lady that assisted me. i managed to get my premiums reduced as well as change the value that I initially requested. this really made my day as less stress shopping around......
