Excellent customer service

Had a burst geyser. Called in to register a claim and Tebogo assisted me with such amazing customer service. Within the hour the plumber arrived and all was sorted. Tebogo called to find out if the plumber arrived. She called back that same evening to find out if I was all sorted out. Perfect example of excellent customer service and service from the insurance company. Thank you Tebogo and thank you Auto and general.
