Excellent customer service

I just spoke to Busisiwe and my oh my....I am impressed, this is the kind of customer service I love. Not that I had a bad experience with ya'll but she made my day. No she didn't offer me free money, or free data but empathy and I have not been getting that from other service providers. I even told her that she is the ONLY person that showed that she cares and understands what I am going through. Thank you so much, and for that I am re-joining ya'll once my financial problems are sorted. And I will refer my friends and families to ya'll, keep up the good work and thank you so much.
