Excellent customer care service

I was assisted by Kelebogile Mafuna. A very helpfull, understanding and patient consultant. She is very detailed and knowledgeable and she assisted me without transferring me or putting me on hold. I have been insured with Auto & Gen for a year now and this was the first time I got such excellent service from this wonderful lady.
