Excellent assistance

Early this morning I received a phone call from my insurance, Auto & General, promoting more policy's to add to my currently expensive policy. <br> At first I was annoyed, because I knew I was already paying so much money and so the lady who initially phoned me, who I had politely explained how I felt it, put me through to your accounts department, where a ever so helpful man named Kyle Synman, assisted me. <br> He was able to rightfully see to my needs as a customer, making me extremely happy with wanting to continue with my insurance at A&G. <br> Would love to thank Kyle Synman for his extremely great fast and friendly service and I hope this level of service keeps going.
