Excellent

Having received my updated policy from Auto & General with the annual price increase, I felt the increase was substantial and difficult to fit into my budget.<br> I phoned A&G, spoke to Delano, who very efficiently took me through my policy and re-assessed my premium- he managed to reduce it in such a way that while I am still paying a bit more, I now feel it is reasonable and within budget.<br> Great attitude and friendly service- what I've come to expect from A&G and today specifically from Delano.
