Empty Promises

Ive reported a claim for 2 months now. Im still getting no Joy from these people. They promised to pay about a month ago and they are absolutely non chalant when it comes to paying thier customers what is due to them. They are so unprofessional. I was assisted by a lady called Ntando Mjali, she did not know what she's doing. Ive been communicating with Kavish Singh for an entire month, he doesn't come back to me, he goes MIA. You can't get his on the phone, each time he calls there's always something new and also comes with empty promises.
