Efficient customer service

They are very convenient. My mother has household insurance through Woolworths which partnered with Auto and general. The Woolworths consultant, Mishka’s (not so sure about the name) customer service was amazing. Their Twitter account is also very responsive and helpful. This was our first claim which was concluded in about a week
