Easy Process

My experience with Auto and General has been a very positive one so far. The agents that I spoke were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Ryan who assisted me in taking my car insurance went above and beyond to ensure that he answered all my questions in a reasonable timeframe and really made the experience an amazing one for me. The lady that I spoke to yesterday (so sorry I didn't get her name) was very patient with me even when I could not make up my mind. Hope this positive experience continues through to if I ever have to log a claim. I am very impressed with all the agents I have spoken to and would highly recommend this company for the customer service.
