DON'T USE AUTO AND GENERAL!!!!!

Very bad experience with Auto and General. I'm a long standing client and only reason why I stayed with them for so long is because I didn't claim. My car is under warranty I expected original spare parts installed, but Auto and general sent guys why used old parts and a bit of silicon to fix the problem When I complained they said that''s how day operate. Numerous phone calls and they still they don't want to fix it. My only advice is don't use Auto and General, they are pirates!!!!
