Don't insure your car with Auto & General

I was not helped at all by Auto & General when I submitted my first and only claim. The consultant whose name is Vashini Lauren Rose promised to send me a quotation for my car repairs from Fleet panel beaters and I never received it. I called the following day to ask for it again and I was told that there was an email delay and they will send it. They still have not sent it and this was more than 2 weeks ago. I dont think Auto & General really wants to satisfy its customers. I do not think the quote exists at all. They are just trying to not pay for my car claim. They could have really helped but now I'm going to leave this insurance company and spread the word to people to not use them ever again.
