DOES NOT COVER 3RD PARTY CLAIMS

If I could give this insurer 0 stars I will. My husband was involved in a car accident with my vehicle in Feb 2026. The individual at fault is on auto and general. They are refusing to continue to process the claim because the this is a Botswana registered vehicle. They requested the vehicles original registration certificate which confirm that the vehicle belongs to be, I sent for the year 2026, 2027 and a letter from Botswana Traffic Department that the vehicle belongs to me. They have apparently done verification but still it does not “suffice” as per the mail. What more do I need to do? Your customer bumped me, I didn’t ask for this. Your customer didn’t bump an imaginary car. PAY MY CLAIM
