DO NOT TOW Useless Sticker - Auto & General

<p>Worst pathetic excuse ever, it took over 7 working days and useless phone calls from broker office/claim department with no outcome. Why is Auto &amp; General not taking accountability, to date you are still awaiting a confirmation of which I have proof of that my vehicle was pulled from the scene, Yes, towed from the scene, after insisting o the useless DO NOT TOW sticker that you offered to be displayed on windscreen. I'm now sitting with a vehicle whose DSG Gearbox is messed up, having spent 7 days for assessment and termination of my policy with my consent, today I yet receive an sms about the payment that was not received. I'm sick, embarrassed, ashamed on how you are dragging about this matter, so sick that I regret why I trusted you.</p>
