I wish there was a 0 rating for this insurance company. WORST service i have ever received from an insurance company. Imagine having only 1/2 your claim fixed. We had an accident on a Friday and a month later, the dents have been repaired but not the mechanics so we cant even drive the vehicle out of the panel beaters because Auto and General refuse to fix the mechanics saying its not their problem. So our vehicle which was serviced a few days before the accident now has water pouring out of the engine and we cant change gears, imagine our distress. And here we are at hello Peter....
