Do not buy insurance from Auto & General. You WILL regret it. You may get a cheaper premium at the outset, but don't be fooled. They will hike your premium every year by an insane amount , even if you have made no claims. They just tried to increase my premium by 25% !! And I had NO claims for the year. And they do all they can to hide this massive % increase from you, even ignoring their OWN policy wording to do so. Shame of you A&G, you are disgusting. I call on all people that have had a similar experience with A&G to make the effort and lodge a complaint at the Short-term Ombusman. I have. It's the only way to stop their abuse in the long run.
