Dissapointing feedback in claim!

What a dissappointment! I reported a damaged roof due to a leak on my roof. My claim has just been rejected because the damage was due to wear and tear and apparently I am not covered for this. Please dont bother with Auto and general! I will be cancelling my insurance with them because what is the use?
