Dispute not attended to

Even after logging a complaint on my dissatisfaction with how my car was repaired, and getting a promise for dispute to be attended to, its been nearly 3 weeks and noone has contacted me, expect for the dispute resolution department feedback asking on how my dispute was resolved.

It goes to further show how customer care is not considered at all.
