Dishonesty

I am very disappointed at Auto & General service, they have just proven to me they would go out of their way NOT to Pay a claim. I scratched my car on a pillar in a parking lot on the 28th March 2016, the following day I called auto and general to submit my claim. They asked me to take my car to Auto Magic in Tokai for an assessment, I took the car in and the assessor assessed the car and informed me he would email my insurance company the quote. They came back to me after a couple of days informing me the claim was decline because the amount to repair the vehicle is less than my excess fee. However when I called Auto magic they told me a different story, the said the damage on my car was over R9000 and they sent the quotation to auto and general (I have the quotation to prove it). I wouldn't recommend this company. Honesty and integrity was not practised at all when dealing with my claim.
