Disgusting service from Auto & General

I was hijacked and beaten up. The accessor Hardus from Auto & General came out to see me. I gave my statement which he recorded. He requested consent to check all my credit and ******** records as well as passed claims. He took statements from people whereas I provided evidence to the incident. He returned to ask me more questions and 2 days later my claim was rejected. He did not even consult with the investigating officer at the SAPS. Obtained no documents from the investigating officer yet based on statements from unknown people my claim was rejected. What kind of pathetic investigation did he do. I was told later that Auto & General is the worse insurance broker. I will make sure I expose Auto & General as I will not accept such a huge loss and trauma I experienced.
