Disgusting doesn’t even know their clients

Disgusting service from this company ,please do not take their insurance.Firstly the put me on NAEDO without missing any premium then when it was time to claim they didn’t even know me as a client and sent me and sms addressing me by someone else afterI had been paying 2000 pm for a full year.I gave them the details of the guy who bumbled my car and only when I followed up with the 3rd party progress they started contacting the guy Who bumped me.they claimed that the guy who bumped me doesn’t have I stray because he didn’t respond to the email.The company is disgusting,I’m taking this for sure to the ombudsman
