Disgusting customer service

I'm still battling with this insurance my son's computer was damaged with loadshedding I took it to computer shop they told me it was damaged because of loadshedding I submitted the damage reports auto and general would not except it they want their assessor to look at it after they called the computer shop to verify if the computer was damaged because of loadshedding the computer shop told them yes it was damaged because of loadshedding they still wouldn't except it they sent out their assessor to pick up the computer and now they telling me it was not damaged because of loadshedding one sided this insurance they did not rest until they got what they wanted not to own up and replace this computer disgusting customer service
