Disgusting

This is by far the most inconsiderate insurance company. We're faced with a lot currently as a country and they're more concerned about increasing my premium. I sent an email to them requesting that they give my premium a look and change where possible now that I've been with them for two years and that the car's value decreases each year, they told me that the car parts were expensive hence why they can't review my premium. A few minutes later BOOM a premium increase email comes through. Mind you these guys didn't provide any relief for us during lockdown none whatsoever. I've never seen a company this greedy.
