Disgruntled customer
Be very careful about the fine print regarding exclusions in your policy. I have been insured with Auto & General for many years now and have claimed for my swimming pool heat pump which has broken down. I pay a monthly premium for the heat pump only to find out that my claim for repair was rejected due to "wear and tear".
