I am extremely didsapointed with your assessors poor service as well as my claim handler. Nothing is as painful as paying so much money for a service thats due to you only to get a slap on my face.

My car when it was towed it had a door handle, when fetching it at the panel beaters there was no door handle, i called and logged a complain on the 08th of September, today is the 20th and i have not received even one correspondence.

My car now has a humming sound when I turn which indicates that something is wrong with the bearings. Why wasn't the whole car inspected instead of looking at the physical damage? It is clear that during the accident my suspension also got effected but only the physical damage was repaired. Are you guys doing this just because I am a woman? Is this how this company deals with women?.

I am still dealing with the trauma from the accident and your inability to get my access back from the 3rd party but yet EVERY MONTH without fail, i pay my premium on time.

It shouldn't even get to this point where i have to type out this essay.

The accident also effected my suspension but that was not fixed.

What happened to my door handle? Are you expecting me to drive a car without a door handle.

Can one of your lazy employees get to the bottom of this as someone is clearly not doing their job.
