I was residing in Pretoria when I took out the insurance and I have been paying R2300 then recently I relocated to Soweto and when I called accounts to update my details hoping my payment will decrease because it's 5 months later I was told I will pay R2800 because I now stay in Soweto. I still can't believe because I also have tracker on the vehicle. isn't it supposed to decrease because of my license duration and the value of the car and as the house that I'm staying has a secure packing area. If this is not resolved I'll have to take out the insurance somewhere else.
