Disappointing timeframes
I submitted a claim for a damaged cellphone on the 4th of December and a damage report for the phone from the iStore on the 5th of December. I was told that it takes 48 hours to finalize a claim. I phoned on Friday, Monday, Tuesday and today. Each time I'm told that I will have feedback by the following day at 17:00. It never happens. It's now the 11th of December and nothing has happened. They keep calling to tell me that they received the damage report. I know that they have. It's been a week without a cellphone.
