Disappointing service

I have to say I’m very disappointed in how you guys do thing Iv been with 1st for women for several years but when I retired and bought a new car the dealership recommended you guys I truly regret taking it…. My son meat in a accident who is listed as a secondary driver the was an assessor came to my home at first I let him but now he continues coming and peeping everywhere which is disturbing he even went in to my neighbours house to speak about my claim “ which I think is a breach of Popi act” he keeps calling me almost everyday I have given this guy everything till today he has not finalised the claim from the 14th of February I'm sick and tired I feel harassed and racially profiled
