disappointed, stressed

i was involved in sn accident on the 8th of April, till today i do not have my car. For the padt 3 weeks i have been making follow up with the panel beater and daily there is a new story. contacted aotu and general several times as i am their client and i haven't been assisted. from being told that they cannot interfere because the panel beater have their own policies to being told i must be patient.My question is when the people i am in business with fail to assist me, who must?? must i personally be dealing with the panel beater yhat is known to them??? Contacted auto and general this morning and was told they can't get hold of the panel beater i will be contacted when they do.,till now i haven't heard anything from them.
