Disappointed customer

I am very disappointed with the service they gave I've stuck on the road since last night instead of getting helped last night I slept on the road I'm paying for Tyre and rim and I'm insured with them got a Tyre bust last in worcester I'm claiming for the Tyre 1st they said its an accident then they must jump start and they can't tow it coz I used my rides they didn't communicate I'm frustrated was supposed to be at work I didn't go to work today the said it's gonna take 30min and it's been 5 hours now waiting for help let alone that I got stack since yesterday 21:15 it's the next day now still not helped I'm very disappointed and existed frustrated coz I'm paying for this insurance so that when this is emergency I can be helped
