Disappointed customer
Im very disappointed with auto and general commercial car insurance my montly payment is 2400 last month i was debited 3700 and i called them on the 15 of November the agent i spoke to promised that they will refund me in 4 days still today im waiting for their fund and they again debited me 3700 in November now my account is on a minus which is affecting my credit score and i was promised going forward i will be debited correct

21 Nov 2023, 11:30I think im going to cancel my insurance i would not recommend auto and general to anyone thier service is poor they dont put theirselves in customer' shoes its now 20 minutes waiting for someone to assist me
