Disappointed client

My name is THOBANI DLAMINI I had an accident that took place in May 2019 where a truck driver just drove on top of my Isuzu double cab while i was filling diesel at JJB Garage Vryheid . The car was repaired without any hustles due to the higher Access Auto and General promised to claim the Access on my behalf from the third party, due to the level of incompetences from their representatives nothing is happening till to date and now they are confusing the vehicle’s now the truck is belonging to me now according to them am very disappointed ☹️
