Disappointed Auto and General client

I called the assist line on the 4th December 2021 as I needed an electrician, the service provider Aluwani came out first tried to rip me off and then gave an "incorrect" dianoses, I had to call the A&G assist line again as there was no follow up call to see I all was assisted and happy, non the less, a second service provider Molapudi projects had been sent out to assist me at 5pm on the 6th December 2021,however, only arrived at 8pm without any communication as to why they running late, anyway they informed me that my pool pump was tripping my lights of which I had my pool pump tested and there is nothing wrong with it, so I am assuming that A&G are using electricians that are not certified due to the fact that I received 2 different diagnosis, I am currently still currently waiting for assistance as this matter has still not been resolved, ***
