dereliction Of duty
I was trying to register a new scratch and sent claim I was speaking to a lady and I asked her. Are u able to check my previous invoice and pictures that was sent on the 19-11-2021 She said no I re sent it and while we was waiting for the email the consultant cut the call on me. !!!!!!
