Deliclined claim with vague reasons
On the 22nd of March 2018,I was involved in a car accident in Middelburg . The accident occurred on the N4 road with my Chevrolet Captiva slippering under the second bridge from Ultra city towards Nelspruit since it was raining & there was a lot of water by the road .I was driving@ the speed of around 60km& I was made to believe that there was some all oil poured out on the road.I reported the accident by Middelburg police station & when making a claim , auto & general declined my claim alleging that my left rear tyre is worn out & rendered my car not to be roadworthy. The car didn't bump against any car,but bumped against a barrier on the right hand side of the road.Right hand fender & front bumper ,headlamp ,taroid end damaged & nothing touched on the engine. Iam totally dissatisfied about this decision.May you PLS help me out . My car registration is HKN 098MP
