Delaying tactics form Auto & General

I was involved in an accident on 25 July 2021 where the car driving in the opposite direction unexpectedly made a u-turn in front of me resulting in me hitting the car. The accident was reported to the police and a claim registered with Auto & General. Lebogang Orekeng then contacted me requesting a cancelation letter from my previous insurer which I have since submitted. As well as proof from my previous company that I was driving a company vehicle that was insured, on which I was noted as a regular driver and claims if applicable. I do not understand the relevance of this information from the previous employer as this was even before I bought my car. Furthermore, I am unable to get hold of the previous information. And when this information was relayed to Lebogang, he threatened that my claim will not be processed until I source the information.

For over a week they claimed that they did not know where my car was kept. And to make matters worse, they are claiming that the information that supp**** during the inception of my policy has discrepancies, which they refused to diclose to me citing that the informattion would be used against me. I am still waiting for the recording of the said discrepancies.
