Deduction of Services and change of amounts without notice from Auto and General
I have had Auto and General insurance for almost a year now and through them a netstar tracking unit. I have paid one price for this however all of a sudden this month Netstart decides to all of a sudden debit my account without permission. When i call them they tell me its because Auto and General took me off the tracker account. When i call Auto and General they give me a story that last year the tracker was removed but no one can answer as to why tracker is only debiting me now. Also auto and general had told me that because i moved to a different area last year my monthly payment would be lower. now they are saying it was because the tracker was removed. This is all bull**** because Auto and General are very quick to debit money as soon as my salary goes in but now they want to change stories to whatever suits them.
I guess its time to start shopping for another more professional insurance company.
