Decent company and good service

Pretty straight forward to deal with, and fairly easy to get hold of on the phone.

Just had an incident over the weekend of someone rear ending me, no noticeable damage to my car thanks to the tow hitch. The consultant was quite knowledgeable and informant over what to do as a just-in-case measure.

A claim for a chip to my windscreen last month went well.
