Debits despite cancelling my policy in 2014!

The policy that you are referring to a value added policy that is a different policy that the main policy. This is the reason why the Value Added policy was not cancelled when the main policy was cancelled. Having said that, we confirm that the value added policy has since been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
