Debited after I canceled

I honestly don't have anything against auto and general I respect them as company, but this thing of keep debiting my account after I have canceled with them doesn't sit well with me. My account has just been debited incorrectly again with an amount of R888 but I don't have a contract with them, i need this money to be returned immediately please.
