Debit your account any time of the month
i recently joined Auto and General insurance, last month was my first month and they took R1490 including prorata fee and last night R1300 that we never agreed on, it is not the date that we agreed on last day of the month not the 22/08/24 and the consultant say it was just R7.00 that we debit from your account stop complaining. I want to be reimbursed last month full premium, and the one they took last night, because it reflects bad on my statement as I'm busy trying to buy a house. I worked very hard for my profile to gain credit scoring.

And you still went ahead to charge me for something that you didn't do, it doesn't make sense. Day light *******. I want my money that i paid auto and general last month R1300 and the amount that you debited last night R1300 to be reimburse and im deffinetly looking for other alternatives in terms of insurance
